OUR FACILITY

Our state of the art facility is conveniently located to provide you with all your workout needs. We offer flexible memberships to meet the needs for the individual, family or corporation. A limited number of memberships will be sold to prevent overcrowding and allow you easy access to our equipment. The club is available to members 7 days a week.

Our facility includes

• Seventeen pieces of Cardio Equipment including Cybex Treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, Concept II Rower, Cybex Bikes and Arc Trainer.
  
  
• Strength equipment by Cybex and Hoist Fitness Systems, full circuit, dual cable system and Smith Machine.
  
  
• A full selection of Chrome Dumbells, Resistance Bands, Stability Balls, Balance and Stretching Equipment.
  
  
• Broadcast Vision TV's that tune to your personal FM tuner.
  
  
• Our facility is monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day.
  
  
• Professional Personal Trainers available for one-on-one training to provide you with your own customized workout to keep you motivated and committed while lowering your chance of injury. We specialize in beginner fitness, weight loss and golf conditioning.
  
  
• Our State Licensed Massage Therapists offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical, Craniosacral, Neuromuscular, Reiki, Thai, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and Exfoliating Scrubs.
  
  
• Our Pro Shop offers top of the line exercise accessories, stretching and balance aids as well as nutritional items to help you lose or maintain your weight. We also carry a selection of "IFC" logo items.
